[Bug] [Quest] Yeh'kinya's Scroll

Hey! After filling the egg with hakkar's essence and delivering it to Yeh'kinya i did not receive the Yeh'kinya's Scroll that allows me to resummon hakkar in Sunken Temple. Taken i have heard other having this issue can we get an answer if anyone is looking into it?
I would actually be happy to roll back the quest progress and have the egg again if that can be done.
It would be a shame not to be able to do this awsome event and not to mention acces to great loot
