Account banned

Hello,

I wanted to ask here if anyone has an idea if they appeal bans on accounts that got banned by mistake?
I got banned for account selling which I did not.

I have sent a message to Daemon there's no reply yet, waiting patiently cus they are kinda busy.

Just curious if they do actually appeal bans.

I've never seen an permanent ban being successfully appealed, at least publicly here on the forums. But these matters are normally dealt with privately so maybe, maybe not. You'll just need to wait for an response from Daemon.

It just seems to me they dont investigate things and just ban. If they did look into it, they had no reason to ban. But yeah just waiting for a reply.
