Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

This is happening to everybody I'm talking to. Every caster is experiencing this. It's not just me.

Casts are randomly stopping for no reason at all. Mountcasts, frostbolts, shadow bolts...
All of them. Randomly stopping midway through the cast for no reason at all.

This has been going on for about a week, for me. It makes the game unplayable outside of instances for any casting caster.

On-topic:
Do you have any addon that attempts to Auto Buff? I've only had this happen with an addon like this when it tried buffing during a cast.

I have no such addon. It also only happens in the outside world, never inside battlegrounds or other instances/raids.
