Suddenly Account Banned?

Hello,

Can an admin assist me please. At login screen I get an "Account Banned" message. I play two computers typically, my laptop and desktop. Both can be from different IP addresses. Is this an issue?

I thought I may have entered the password incorrectly, so I waited until the next day to try again. Still no luck and it's been a good week.

Can I get some assistance with my account please. Did I break a rule, or is this a mistake? I'm assuming the latter since I have not done anything wrong.

Try logging in at https://en.nostalrius.org to see if your account has been banned. If it isn't, you have tried to login to your account without success too many times.

I actually tried to log on to the site and received this message :

HELLO PEEGORE!
You are banned until June 20th 2015 02:21:44 AM for the following reason: "Hidden".

That usually means you've been permabanned. A GM will have to chime in on this for clarification.

If that's the case seems very bizarre to me since I play on occasion and certainly have no desire nor the know how to exploit anything on their game servers.

However, I would like to know what alleged this "ban" so I don't waste any time if I were to spend the time to level up characters and collect drops, etc again.

Pretty amusing if I am truly banned as it would be completely aronaeus and obtuse on their part however this disposition was determined.

But then again, might have been some random computer-type process that caused this wrongly doings, not sure.......

After communicating with an Admin, my account ban has been lifted. Which is good.

I was glitched on a Bat Rider which may have lead to the SAC ban. Although, I haven't received a definitive reason for the ban, which is fine. So my assessment is ambiguous and based on my own assumptions. In other words, the ban may have been from from something completely different.

Anyhoot, I'm pleased it's been lifted and thank you to those that helped.
