arcanite skeleton key gone

Just crafter 4 skeleton keys and are not in inventory or in keyring. My keyring had 12 distinct keys in it when i crafted them, so maybe the keys are in slot 13? However I cannot view key slots 13-16.

neither have occured. I assume they got put into slot 13 of my key ring while my key ring failed to expand
