Hello, the account of my brother has been baned, i tried everything to fix it, my account works but his account doesnt, he done nothing wrong, no reason to be baned, we dont understand...

You'll need to edit your main post and add the account name of the banned account. It'll speed up the process for the staff to assist you when they come online. Please keep in mind that an account will automatically lock itself for 15 minutes if there's been too many unsuccessful login attempts. If your brother has forgotten his password, he can reset it here.

P.S: I'm not sure that the staff will be able to assist you since you're not the owner of the account in question.

If your brother's account has indeed been banned, there's nothing you can do to "fix it." You can however check the status of the account using the Login page. If the reason says "hidden," chances are it's a permanent ban in which case a GM will have to inform you. Please post the name of one of the characters your brother plays on so a GM can lookup his account and inform you of its status.

We really dont understand, he try to connect after the 15sec but nothing...
But with my pc it works sometimes.

This problem happen to me too, when i try to connect his account on my pc and come back on my account.
