Lost an item in the middle of a raid

Hi,

I was running MC today and when our main tank died I stepped in to pick up Baron Geddon but my macro couldn't find my Draconian Deflector. I looked through my inventory and it was gone. I'd appreciate if I could get it restored. The only reasons I can suspect that it might be gone are either due to myself selling it to the repair bot (which I hope I'm not dumb enough to do), and some awful bug. I submitted a ticket ingame but I'm not sure it was recieved because the only feedback I got was to report bugs to report.nostalrius.org (which doesnt seem to be working).

It took way too many UBRS runs for the thing to finally drop for me, and I've picked up anything a warrior could want from the instance to show for it.

I'm really hoping someone can help me out with this!

Make sure that you've checked your bank and other hiding places. In the event that you've lost the item, sadly Nostarius doesn't recover lost/deleted items. There's one exception but doesn't apply to this issue.

Item refunds

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.
