Please help us with connecting issue

I'm the engineer of Linglong proxy company.
There are many player in china that would like to experience the environment of Nostalrius server, how to due to international connection give them hug lag therefore players have to choose proxy to boost internet connection.
Our company is dedicated to provide fast and stable internet connection for those Chinese players who wants to experience wow on Nostalrius.
Recently I've noticed that sometimes our proxy IP has been blocked for about 1-3h by Nostalrius server, players can no long be able to make the connection during this time.
I has tried many ways to solve this but so far there has been no apparent solution. I wonder if our proxy IP has been added to black list, if so is there anything we can do to release this restriction.

I'm sorry i didn't describe the issue properly. Here is the thing.

Plenty of players want to log in game at the first time after game server restart. How to due to many players using our proxy try to log in game at the same time, they will be refused to connect to game server and get a warning that their accounts has been frozen. They have to wait until 1~3h later to log in game with proxy each time.

However during this time, they can log in game without using proxy ,and they won't get any warning .

I wonder if there's chance that add our IP to your unlock list, and release restriction of our proxy ip when many players try to log in time at the same time.
