Rollback item lost >.<

I'm sure this has been posted before; but I just lost my BiS healing trinket (the I won against a druid) preraid that is a low ass percent drop rate (Second Wind) after a rollback. Is there any way I can get it back?

Sorry to say, but the staff only restores epic-quality raid items.

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

• Exact date of the raid;
• Screenshot of the raid ID;
• Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
• Name of the player who received the item.
