[Warlock] Shard of a Felhound chain corrupted on my char

I just did "Shard of a Felhound" warlock quest:

After completing the quest nothing happens, and the quest I had regarding Tabheta disappeared from my quest log and she doesn't tell me anything about it.

It looks like I am stuck, Menara Voidrender gives me "Fragments of the Orb of Orahil" quest again, but the two acolytes tell me nothing about it.

looks like you probably have a similar issue to what I had. Abandoning specific class quests makes them unable to be re-acquired.

the Questy addon helps perpetuate this due to a bug in the addon code allowing unselected quests to be abandoned unintentionally when you choose abandon a different quest.

I had to have a senior GM fix my character, and am still dealing with the issues on other quests that were missed. Best bet is to put in a ticket in game, and wait
