Hey! I think i get a ban trying to make a account for a bank char, any chance to unban my acc?

Greetings Gavor,
The account has never been banned. Wait 15 minutes for the temporary locked out to end and make sure you're entering the correct password or you'll get locked out for another 15 minutes.

Thanks for your support Tyrael, but i can't login on my account.
I waited more than 15min, followed all the steps from Common config/login errors, solutions, and other help. v3.2 thread, and i try to reset my pass but saddly:
This account has been used recently. You can't reset the password now.Remember that you are responsible for your account security, and as stated in our Terms of Use, we do not reset passwords for hacked accounts.
i can PM you with my email address, password, list of all my characters if you want.

You do not need to reset your password, just make sure you are typing your old one correctly.
If you cannot remember your old password, you need to wait 24 hours from the last time you logged on to your account, after which you can reset the password through the website.
