Account closed and I have no idea why :(

HI,
I was leveling my horde char on horde side, Chapi, level 47 rogue. (account name Chapi as well)
I witnessed an alliance rogue multiboxing and /Following himself with his alt, which I saw was not allowed on the server when browsing the forums,
I tried to log simultaneously on an alliance char to tell him about it, but for some reason I had multiple "unable to connect" error messages, and ultimately I had an error message saying that "my account was closed".
I haven't used any program or whatever, never done anything wrong, as far as I know, can I get some help asap?

This account has never been banned. It may have been locked for password or connection issues(this can occur temporarily), but it's not closed.
