Hi GM, I would like to know why i got banned yesterday, my character name is Mengnan. Thank you.

I logged in on homepage, and it didn't say anything about my account got banned, but when i tried to login on game, it said my account got frozen. What's this mean? Could anyone help me with this, thank you so much.

I never seen an error that says "your account has been frozen". Only "your account has been closed" or suspended.

If you login to the main page and it said your account wasn't banned, you might have tried to access your account with the wrong username or password too many times. Your IP gets a temporary (10-15 minutes) ban.

If it does say your account has been frozen, please take a screenshot of the error. It might need to be up on AverageJoe's thread for FAQs.

Hi AverageJoe, sorry about the 'frozen' word. Because I'm on the Chinese version and when it said 'frozen', it may mean banned.

This server is known for its harsh measures against all infringements, therefore just dont cheat/hack/exploit/work against the ToU. Easy as that.
