Account banned

Hello, today i tried to log onto my account at first i was getting "unable to connect" than after a few tries it stated my account was banned. Character Vilacis. I would like to inquire about why my account was banned. I have not account shared, bought gold or power leveling services, or botted. I did invest a good amount of time on the server though and would like this issue to be fixed.

The account has never been banned. Wait 15 minutes for the temporary locked out to end and make sure you're entering the correct password or you'll get locked out for another 15 minutes.
