account ban?

i decided to reinstall the game, and recently stopped using a router that i had, i dont know if that matters for the ip address , says i cant connect and i think its banned? character is Bbqshrimp

The account has never been banned. Wait 15 minutes for the temporary locked out to end and make sure you're entering the correct password or you'll get locked out for another 15 minutes.
