Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Lately I have been questing around and noticed that there werent NPC's anywhere. 1 minute later they spawned and I was in the middle of them, I died.
NPC's are taking longer than usual to spawn at the minute, it isnt lag or anything because chat works fine.
My connection is amazing so idk what is going on.
