Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Quests from Captain Danuvin Patrolling Westfall and Red Leather Bandanas from Scout Galiaan are just not available too me. I'm level 14, I tried deleting WTF folder and WDB folder still no quests. Also had a person joing a party and try to share the quests same result. Any input would be appreciated.

Yeah I've been having the same issue. Has this been fixed yet?
