Account Troubles, Too Many Attempts Don't Know User/Pass

Dear GM, I need help with an account issue.... I downloaded the game and it seems that when I create an account it says "Account creation limit reached" I have tried using a different email and nothing still I do NOT know the user/pass to these creations so PLEASE just let me at least get one account thank you and hopefully I can get onto the game.

"Account creation limit reached" means you've reached the maximum number of accounts you can create on your IP (Three I think). Have you already created three other accounts? Are you sharing an IP with a family, roommate, college campus, apartment complex, etc. where others could possibly be playing online games?
You can try Googling how to release/renew your IP to see if that solves it. Else, try creating an account from a different computer, like a friend or family member's computer, work or library computer. You can also try a mobile device like a tablet or smart phone that has a 3G or 4G connection.
