Account Unable to connect to (Game) bad Credentials (site)

I am sure im entering the right username and password because I was playing just fine before the server closed for some minutes. Now that it opened again there is a weird bug that tells me I am unable to connect in to the game. I looked into it at the forum and it somewhat says im entering wrong password. Same thing happened when I try to login in the site - bad credentials. I tried to reset my password but I get a message saying the account has been used recently and I cant reset my password. Some help here? I don't want to wait for the account to get out of the state of being -recently used- by me to change my password cause of a bug, because the password I am entering is perfectly fine.

Try waiting an hour or so. Sometimes when the server goes down and comes back up, a large influx of people all trying to login at once gives some people error messages when they try to login. After a while it seems to resolve itself.

That or if you're getting "unable to connect" and "bad credentials" on the website does seem to indicate a wrong password being used. From what I've read there's a timeframe an account must be inactive (Not played) before the server allows a password reset but I'm not sure what that timeframe is exactly.
