Problem with connection

hello
today i tried to log onto my account at first i was getting "unable to connect" than after a few tries it stated my account was banned. Character Rxl.

Well i tried everething (use sticky tread). but didnt help. And ye. i cant log in on website https://en.nostalrius.org/ (Bad credentials..)/ Creat new account and its works. soo what to do? wait ?.. )

If you created a new account and it works, then something's wrong with your other account. Either the name or password are too long (Greater than 16 characters in length) or you're simply misremembering the password and entering it wrong when logging in (Confirmed by the error "Bad credentials" when you use the website). Have you tried resetting it?

User name and pass is correct 100%. cant reset. This account has been used recently. You can't reset the password now.Remember that you are responsible for your account security, and as stated in our Terms of Use, we do not reset passwords for hacked accounts.
