how to solve a big pb in game (gm, mail) ?

Hi, how can i talk to a game master in game or with messages here to solve a big problem in game ? My hunter's pet has vanished without confirmation (abandon) with Petdimiss() macro, i whish a restoration of former archive of my character (two days ago) to keep the pet (rare).
