Hello,
I am trying to get Quel'Serrar made. After i accepted the quest for the Onyxia part, something went wrong and i had to get a new sword. Unfortunately the NPC is bugged and won't offer the quest item again, but instead just offers the complete quest. I have submitted a ticket as well, but haven't heard anything for the 5 hours i've been waiting. Any chance for some help please?
