Account Closed - Bug?

I think it's due to a bug, I was killed on the boat that sails between Booty bay and Ratchet, I was alt tabbed at the time but as I was tabbing back into the game I was being revived. I accepted it and was spawned out of the boat, which I assume caused the game to think I was teleporting or something?

My character was a level 12 Troll Hunter called Zanthul.
