Disconnected From Server

Hello there,

I was in an instance with a friend when both of our WoW's crashed. He was able to log back in but when I try I receive the error message "Disconnected From Server". I have sifted through the sticky threads but did not see a firm solution. Can you please assist?

Same thing is happening to me. I can log into secondary accounts. I can log into ptr server. I cant log into the main server tho. i just endless "connected" or "disconnected by server"

Noxm, thanks for the link but as I stated previously that I have already sifted through the sticky threads to try and solve my issue. Issue still not resolved 12+ hours later.

I can confirm this issue. I'm having exactly the same problem. My computer crashed while I was logged into my main account, and now I can no longer log into that account, and that account only. I reach "Connected" everytime before immediately receiving a "Disconnected From Server" message. I can log into my other account just fine. It's been over 12 hours and it is still occurring. The crash was last night.

Edit: I tried what was suggested in the "Common config/login errors" thread for the "Disconnected from server" message. It does not work. I am allowed to see the full server list, and I can log in to the PTR. However, when I select "Nostalrius Begins", I still get immediately disconnected.

The exact same thing is happening to me, I mean the EXACT same thing. My other account works fine and I can log into PTR but Nostalrius Begins keeps d/c me. Please help!

I am still in the same boat as you two. After PMing a GM he recommended I uninstall and reinstall, which did nothing. I have tried logging into different accounts from my computer and I am granted access no problem, just when I try to log into my account do I get the error. I have even gone as far to try logging into my account on different computers and I receive the same "Disconnected From Server" error message.

These are account specific issues that need to be resolved.

im having the same issue 30 days no problems suddenly im dissconcted from server right after connecting tried everything but full reinstall which im doing now

Same exact problem here, tried re-installing and everything. Pretty big kick in the nuts I was hoping to play during this long weekend.
