dc'd from AB now I cant log in

I was in AB. The server crashed and now I cant log into my account. More specifically, I can log into the PTR on my account. I can log into my second account. When I try to log into my main account, I get "connected" and then an instant "disconnected from server".

Same problem, I made a second account and it works fine but my main account keeps getting d/c please help!

I have a similar problem.
I dc'd when I was afk in character screen, when I tried to re-connect my computer froze. I had to force shut down my computer, now when I try to log in I either get stuck on "connected" or I get all the way through and get "disconnected from server" I have a second account I can log on fine, I tried all the basic troubleshoot options and nothing seems to help. I have even tried connection from a different IP Address, this does not help either.
Any suggestions???
