My account was recently banned for no apparent reason. I believe it has to do with the ip security system but I could be wrong. My brother came over to my place to play with me and had issues logging in. At first it was telling him " unable to connect" but after trying longer his account was suspended.
Shortly after this happened I was disconnected from my game and had the same issue. So now we are both stuck with suspended accounts and dont know what to do. :/

Use the login link on the main website to tell if your account is legitimately banned. Otherwise if not, you may have triggered the server's anti-hacking measures by logging in too many times unsuccessfully which expires after 15 minutes.
