Account banned, please investigate

Hi, my friend's account was banned recently. His English is not very well so he asked me to post this topic for him.
His character name is "Bluefly" .

He told me that he was in Warsong Gulch and he was feared by a priest or warlock then his character ran out of instance. After keep falling for a few seconds he disconnected. Please investigate and review his case. Thank you .

I'm surprised this false positive hasn't been fixed yet. So many people have gotten automatically permabanned by the SAC for changing zones while not in control of their character.

I'm sure the people are doing it in BGs to enemy players on purpose.
