Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi, I have a small shaman that i enjoy playing, the problem is that I completed the quest Call of water (part 6) and now at part 7, I should be able to complete the quest and talk to Manifestation or water. According to the quest some explosion should be there, for me nothing is changed and it is like i do not have the quest.

Can you please help me, I need to get my Water Totem which could be important in game, character name Healbinder.
