Disenchanted item stuck in inventory -Please Assist

I disenchanted a "Heavy Woolen Pants" in my inventory, the loot window popped up with 6 shards, but I was unable to loot them. I tried re disenchanting but it wouldnt let me, nor could I loot the shards. I relogged, and the pants are still in my inventory. Im not sure if I got the shards or not, which sort of sucks but Im more concerned that the pants are stuck in my inventory. I cant move them, drop them, vendor them or anything. They're just taking up a slot in my inventory. Not sure how to proceed. Please assist? Character: Aeio. In my second bag from the left.

Well I alt tabbed back in and after doing another disenchantment it fixed it. Im not worried about the shards. Thanks, sorry to waste precious real estate on the board, please delete thread.
