Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I am doing a quest called "Washed Ashore". When I went to the Quest item, It never let me get it. I've seen so many people pass by and get the quest item, But still I can't seem to collect it.

Log out, close WoW, delete the WDB folder in your WoW Classic folder, relog in and see if you can collect the quest item. If not, log out, disable every one of the addons you're using, relog in and see if you can collect the quest item.

I tried deleting the folder but the quest item still can't be collected, and I don't use any addons, So I might as well just skip the quest
