When zeroing an account through a private office writes me that an account active, but vsamy business it not akativny

Three staff members has already responded to this issue on your other threads. One of which was Viper and you have yet to answer his question. All you can do is to keep using the password reset feature.
Nostalrius doesn't recover lost/hacked accounts.
