The staff does not allow the e-mail address associated with the account to be changed for security purposes. If your cannot remember the e-mail associated with your account, if the e-mail is not functional, or if your e-mail itself has been stolen/hacked, there's no way to recover the account.

Please use the website page and also check blocked emails or spam folder.
