Hello. I've been on vacation and just got back. When i log onto the start page it says im banned UNTILL july 4th. Today is the 7th and still says im banned when i try to enter game. so what im curious is how i read about my ban and when it's over.

Your account has been banned permanently because of RMT / gold buying activity.
(What you encounter with the ban time/limitation is a visual bug)

read that i can get unbanned if i relinquish the gold, how do i do that?

How do i lift the ban by relinquishing the gold, saw it in a forum post from you guys
