Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

My character name is Fynrys. Im a lvl 27 rogue who recently finished the poison quest chain and did not recieve the ability to make poisons. I have made multiple tickets and tried two different emails on the tuleap website to report bugs. Never recieved any confirmation emails to be able to log in and post the bug. I hope I can get some help in this matter. Thank you so much.
