Mac Options and Keybindings for Alt and Cmd

I'm Mac user now but was on PC when I played WoW vanilla years ago.
I'm used to bind some modifier on Alt key (normal) but the Mac key in place of Alt is the Cmd key.
When I want to config my keybind, the software doesn't find the Cmd key.
In recent WoW there is a "Mac Options" in the main menu wich is not in vanilla.
Do you have some solutions to be able to bind the Cmd key ? or to switch Alt and Cmd.
(other solution than config the computer. I need my Cmd key for work software)
