Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I haven't bee able to open my guild charter since I logged in tonight. It just does nothing.

Only thing I could see causing this, is I had a friend sign it yesterday, then he deleted his character, and rerolled another one with the same name today.

Could this corrupt the charter? Will I need to remake it?

Never heard of that corrupting the charter but I guess it could happen. Try making sure the charter is in your primary backpack and not in any other bags.

Checked the mangos-classic source. I can't find anything in PetitionsHandler.cpp that checks for character deletion unless there's a handler for updating signatures outside petitions.

Its in my main bag. I've also noticed my friends list is acting weird. When I open it up, theres nothing, and if I click the blank box where the names should be, then they show up, but in a random order.
