Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So everything was running fine until two days ago, when I was DCd and then could not log in. Attempting to log in would first yield the message "unable to connect" and every subsequent attempt (without closing and reopening the program) said something about the account being banned though the account is not banned according to the nostalrius site. However, its been roughly 48 hours and I still can't log in. After changing realmlist, deleting wtf and wdb, reinstalling the the game, checking the ports etc. etc. nothing has worked. When my friend attempted to logon (from his own computer) he had the exact same issue.

I have been all over the forums and have seen that many people have had this issue, but have yet to see one successful fix thread.

Any help is appreciated, help that actually works is greatly appreciated. lol

The server is down currently. There's no fix for that.

No. It's down right now and had problems yesterday around this time as well if you tried it around this time yesterday.

No it was up and down yesterday. Most of the day yesterday it was lagging hard on and off, and it kicked a lot (or maybe all) of players off several times. Then it completely went down for a few hours, they posted a message saying there was a problem with the login system, then it was fixed. I was able to get on later after a few hours.

I know it was working about an hour ago (today) because I was on but I got kicked off maybe 30 mins ago and have not been able to get back on since.

I have the same problem and the server is up i am able to log in from my wife's computer but I cant log in from mine. I tried everything all the way from a total uninstall and and fresh install and have been up able to connect but i can log in fine on my wife's computer. I have no clue how to fix it, complete BS sounds like something is Fk'd up on their end.

Well I hope that I wasn't banned then for some reason, idk why the message "this account has been closed and is unavailable for use" is popping up after 1 subsequent login attempt.

I was freaking out cos I couldn't log onto my trading/bank alt. Where I have all my golds stored for bartering.

I thought "ban?" and thought what have I said? then remembered saying that Pokemon>Dragonballz and that Dragonballz was shit, in barrens.

Then a ban made sense...

But no - just login issues. Keep trying.
