Account banned

I was playing casually earlier this afternoon before my grandma unplugged my ethernet cable mid game. Ever since then I have not been able to log in and every time I do it either tells me "disconected" or something along the lines of "Your account has been banned" and I dont know what to do. I've cleared the cache, reinstalled wow completely and none of it is doing anything. I'm absolutely stuck at the moment and I would enjoy being able to continue playing you're magnificent server.

I have tripple checked to make sure that my password is correct and it is but the same thing is still happening. I thought that it had something to do with connecting to the servers because it was working perfectly until my ethernet cable got unplugged directly mid-game. Should I change the password on my account and try again? My charecter name is Phentin incase you need that, my WoW withdrawls are starting to kick in! I forget that you all cant sense sarcasm through my keyboard...
