Invisible Guild Member Bug

I have noticed in my guild that some members have been what I presume to be deleting their characters yet their deleted characters are still considered "members" of the guild even though the roster shows no name next to their other info such as Zone or Lvl. It does not allow me to kick these invisible members so it ends up just taking up space in the guild. I am wondering if anyone else that maintains a guild is experiencing this issue and hopefully someone on here would be able to help me resolve this problem.
