Loot bug gave item to wrong char in raid

Hi,

Last night in Molten Core, a set of Felheart Shoulders and a set of Cenarion Bracers dropped. I won the shoulders, and a druid in our guild (runrunrun) won the bracers. However, when masterloot bugged out and handed both items to the druid.

I've raised a ticket and have been asked to make a post here with screenshots showing what happened and that the druid is happy to hand over the shoulders to me.

Three members of my guild have each raised a ticket but I live in a different timezone to most of my guild so I imagine they're asleep at the moment.

I'll update this post further when I get the necessary people back online. I'll also be able to provide raid ID and screenshots then.

yes, we absolutely do need screenshots showing the loot and the Raid ID before we can take any action.

I didnt screenshot at the exact time the masterloot happened but heres one of the shoulders in my bag, plus me confirming this story. I'm sure our masterlooter will provide further screenshots from the actual raid.

Do you have someone that streamed the raid that can link the video to the staff? This may or may not help your cause if the proof here isn't sufficient
