removing banned/deleted guild member

Hi,
Thanks again for this awesome server.
I have a small bug to report regarding banned guild members. As you can see from the attachment, we have a few banned accounts in our guild, they seem to appear as unnamed in the guild roster. But for some odd reason we could not remove these characters, which takes up the guild roster space. Can any GM remove these characters or am I missing something here?

This actually concerns me quite a bit. I believe the characters you see are deleted characters though. Banned accounts still have the characters on them because the names will never be recycled for security purposes.

If a GM or Admin doesn't get to you, I'll try to give you some hope for what it's worth. I don't know the length in time that character names are available to be used again after deletion, but I would assume it's either 1-2 weeks or 1 month. Around this time, deleted characters should be removed from the guild(s) they were in ... hopefully.

It's also possible that those are characters whose names have been flagged "inappropriate" and are awaiting to be logged so they can be prompted with a "Change your name" screen.

Wouldn't make sense because the name is still the same until the change is made. The only difference is the character rename flag upon next login.

so you are saying these unnamed characters will be removed automatically after a period of time as the name is being recycled? so i dont need to contact a GM for manually removing them right?

I don't see the harm in a GM removing these players from the guild since they're using up slots that could potentially be raid members. Eventually the names will be recycled, yeah, but it's not hard to remove people from a guild via GM commands unless they can't retrieve the GUID of the character(s).
