Hello, today I tried to create a new account to start a new char. What I did not know is that you cant create more than 3 accounts on same IP. I did not know this beforehand so now mine and my brother's account keep getting disconnected when we try to login.
I have level 12 rogue on one account which I am leveling with a friend. My brother is playing his lvl21 priest and I had an account to trade/AH and send junk.
When I created a separate 4th account for my warrior I got this issue.

I dont mind if the 4th account is deleted. I can go back playing on older one and create a warrior there.
Could you help me out please?

Greetings Walthern,

It is our policy not to delete accounts for research/security purposes. However, creating a fourth account should not have an impact on the ability to login with your previous accounts. Are you still getting the "disconnected from server" error? Users have reported trying to login several times eventually fixes it and they are able to login into their account.
