Hello, a few weeks ago i changed the password of my account containing my level 40 Warrior. I havent been playing much lately and was looking to comeback but have no clue what so ever what the password is that i've changed to. Also you can see on realmplayers that the account is inactive and havent been used plus i got the account information which can be sent in a PM to an Admin. However i cannot PM an admin as of now, do i have to be active on the forum or something to unlock that feature? Cause i'm really eager to get back online and i'd rather not start over as a warrior when it was hell reaching level 40. Thanks in advance.

Greetings!
Please use our automated password reset system found on:
https://en.nostalrius.org/As that should allow you to reset your password.
Sincerely,
Ithlien

Thank you for your reply, however it says my account has been used recently and is not available for a reset as of now. Is there any aprox time that I should give it another go? I know nobody is using my account, but would love to know how long the account must remain untouched to proceed with a reset.

The
password reset feature becomes available once the account has been offline for 24 hours or longer.

Bump, i still havent been able to get into my account yet cause i get the message it's being used, which in fact it has. Ive caught someone Online on my character multiple times now that i decided to just start over. Anyways, considering i have all the information from when i created my account, for example my e-mail. I could just reset it if i notice him being inactive for a while. I see you stated in an earlier comment @Zoey_Urbina that it has a 24 Hours ''cooldown'' or that is the time an account has to not be logged into. But I saw someone else on the forums with a similar issue to mine and an admin responded that an account has to be inactive for TEN days, is this something you can confirm? Or anyone else. Thank you.
