Love the server and all the work you have put into it all.

Encountered Whalefetus (and others) killing quest giving NPC's a lot in Sun Rock Retreat including Maggran Earthbinder as pictured.

It's only against the terms of use if the questgiver is killed repeatedly for hours non-stop (Griefing). If they're only killing him for an hour or two and then go away to gank elsewhere, it's not punishable.
