Account Ban

My Character was ban after I said "WTT level 29 for level 60". I made a post about it and you guys simple replied "the account was banned" Obviously the account was banned. The point is I was trolling world which is NOT breaking a rule, and obviously nobody is going to trade a level 29 for a level 60. The GM ilthien simply had something wrong with her that day and didn't explain anything to me and proceeded to bann my account. Give me a thorough reply please and thankyou, not some bullcrap "your account was banned". Yeah duh my account was banned.

On a more serious note, you're responsible for your actions. Whether you had the intention to trade an account or not, nobody will know. So yeah, that's that. Nothing more, nothing less. Good thread to get locked though.

I am very sorry to hear that my explanation was not enough so let me enlighten you a little bit further. Your account has been banned permanently for trying to Sell/Trade your account which you advertised in "World" chat. You were quickly informed that this is against the Terms of Use and you continued to speak in world saying that "they will ban this account". This is essentially you telling everyone that you created a new account (to get banned) so that the account you were trying to Sell/Trade does not get banned which means that you had put some thought into trying to Sell/Trade your account.

As far as the sanction goes you can refer to our Terms of Use:

You may not purchase, sell, gift, share or trade any account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift, share or trade any account, and any such attempt shall be made null and void.

E - Permanent ban.: Most serious sanction. Permanent bans are rare but definitive. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruption, as well as any of the following:

Also I would like to inform you that disrespecting members of staff is not aloud on this server, so after your account was banned when you said some unprofessional things in world chat about GM's in general, that can result in your account getting a warning.

Terms of Use:

A - Warning: For minor infringements. A warning is first given to inform a player about the rules and warn him about future sanctions. Warnings remain in the players record.
-Lack of respect towards the server or the staff members.

Essentially, your account has been permanently banned and this decision is final. Please feel free to make a new account and enjoy the game while also adhering to our Terms of Use on the server.
