having trouble logging in today, getting the message account has been closed. Read around tried all the sticky FAQ's and nothing is helping. I waited over an hour letting the password reset cooldown, but still no luck.

Character name is Woozu.

The account is not banned from our end. I suspect you typed the password wrong and got a temporary ban of 15 minutes to ensure it was not someone trying to access your account by force.

I suggest waiting one hour, without login attempts, and then it should be fixed. If not, feel free to PM me and we will look into what else could be wrong.
