Lag issues

I know the server is currently lagging for everyone cause they'res like 7k people online atm, but i have been having really bad lag even at 3500 people online.

I'm from texas USA, and i average 135ping which is just fine.
However that 135 ping does not feel like 135 ping it feels like 435 ping.

So my question is, is there anything i can do from my end that would help this i've heard something about a TCP fix or something.

Anyone else from the US getting unplayable lag even tho you have a decent connection to the server like me?

Since the patch it has gotten worse. Been really bad today, with lags and constant disconnects. Usually takes 2-3 tries to log in to boot. I'm in Ohio.

Today is the worst I have ever seen on this server. Feels like DDos.

I've had around 5 disconnections so far in under a hour which is a record for me! Is there anything we can do to fix this?
