Account banned? Help :(

After not having logged in for a few weeks, I returned to play and was given multiple 'Unable to Connect' errors, followed by one then saying my account has been banned. I understand nothing. I miss my undead rogue. Please help.

What is the character name you're trying to log into? If you're only getting "unable to connect" errors followed by the account closed message, it's likely your account is not banned. Please read the sticky threads for info on how to reset your password.

Well it's a different account than this one. I had to make this in order to post on the forum since I couldn't log in under my original on here either. The character name is Marric.

The account associated with character name "Marric" has never been banned. Have you tried to reset your account's password?

Also, since I can't log into the forum under said account, where do we go from there when changing the password? Is it even possible?

I haven't successfully logged in in weeks, and just tried to reset :/ It said " This account has been used recently. You can't reset the password now. Remember that you are responsible for your account security, and as stated in our Terms of Use, we do not reset passwords for hacked accounts."
