Lost Quest Rewards

I finished the quest "Captain Sander's Hidden Treasure (Part 4)" on my mage Valdahaz with mostly full bags, thinking the clues I had gotten during the quest would be taken and replaced with the quest rewards. Instead they were flung into the Twisting Nether. In the end I got only a silver bar from the quest. I threw away a fish, hearthed back to Stormwind, and logged off, thinking that I might get the items in the mail. Which I didn't. I would love to see this bug fixed, and hopefully find my lost rewards.

Report it to the bugtracker with as much information as you can provide. Regarding the loss of items, Nostalrius doesn't recover lost/deleted items unless it meets a certain criteria.

Item refunds

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.
