banned or not?

i ve spoken to a few GMs and none of them could help me... they said my acc. is not banned but i cant log into it even when i wait. i know its gonna say that i am banned after couple of login attempts...but in this case my old acc stays BANNED. i cant even use acc manager on the website...wtf ppl ? any ideas ?

The account has never been banned. Verify that you're entering the correct password.

You're probably just entering the wrong password. You can reset your password here. This service becomes available when the account has been offline for 24 hours or longer. Keep in mind it was designed to recover accounts where the owner had forgotten the password, not to combat hacked accounts.
